*Updated/verified your personal and employment information.
*Added/updated/verified your dependent information.
**This includes date of birth and social security numbers.
*Added/updated all your preferred Health Care Providers, hospitals, and clinics.

Please gather a list of important medications you are currently prescribed.
- We want to ensure the coverage you select covers all your medical needs.

Shop for a plan and select the one you are most interested in.
- Our enrollment specialists will review the plan with you before any enrollment is completed with the carrier.

Your meeting will be conducted on Microsoft Teams.

You can join the meeting with the Teams web app instead, which works on most browsers.
To join the meeting with the Teams web app, follow these steps:
Click the invite link in the email that you received.
On the web page that opens, click Join on the web instead.
Enter your name and choose your audio and video settings.
Click Join now.
